A business acumen acquired by working with some of the world's most respected companies, such as John’s Manville, Tenneco, Campbell Soup, Nissan, Walmart, Lear Corporation, and GM Powertrain, and a work ethic that enables me to be a trusted resource. I have helped medium to large businesses restructure their insurance. I develop claims reserves and project plan costs, analyze contribution strategies and benefit plan options, and prepare projections and analyses. Develop renewal rating strategies to restore profitability.

Calvin Brown
Principal/Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Calvin W. Brown served as the Commissioner of human resources for Toledo for eighteen years. Provided direct oversight for the division of benefits administration, among others. The benefits administration division directly administered all healthcare programs and services for 2,900  employees and 5,100 members. The programs and services included self-funded medical (including wellness initiatives and disease management), Rx and dental plans, vision and life insurance plans, and other voluntary employee benefits offerings. 

Additionally, Mr. Brown served as the chairman of the city’s healthcare cost containment committee, which consisted of presidents of eight public sector unions, the city’s risk management officer, and representatives from the city’s finance department.

Chris works to provide a competitive business environment by leading our sales management team. He took on the role of Marketing Vice President effortlessly because he is a dynamic and highly motivated sales manager. An excellent communicator, he can manage change actively. He has a wide range of cultural, personality, and business-level skills to which he can easily and quickly adapt. Chris has excellent interpersonal skills and has developed and maintained relationships with critical logistics personnel.
